This is a tradition at Jewish weddings. I was clutching the chair. Y9u'd be surprised how much you pray when you're being held aloft by four sweating volunteers who've already had a bit to drink.

I will be teaching personal essay at UCLA online this summer. My novel, MIRIAM THE MEDIUM, was nominated for the Harold Ribelow award and was sold in Holland. I'm hard at work on my second novel, a sequel to Miriam the Medium
